Vincent XAVIER intervenes mainly in intellectual property law and new technologies.
He advises and assists a clientele of entrepreneurs and innovative companies in their projects in France and abroad, in particular on issues of protection and exploitation of innovative solutions (digital, AI, blockchain and medtech).
He is involved in both advisory and litigation matters.
Before being sworn in in 2020, Vincent XAVIER was a lecturer at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, as well as at ISEG where he taught courses in media and communication law.
He has also worked in Ubisoft’s legal department on IT/IP issues, where he developed know-how and technical expertise in the IT and digital fields.
Passionate about digital, he knows how to optimize the technologies developed by innovative startups.
