Sacha NAPARSTEK is specialized in business law with a strong expertise in private equity.
She advises and assists a clientele of French and foreign companies in their commercial and strategic development, as well as in their private equity and M&A transactions. She also assists investment funds and business angels in the context of their equity investments.
Sacha NAPARSTEK advises and litigates before the civil and commercial courts, particularly in disputes between partners.
Her experiences abroad in New York and Tel Aviv, as well as her dual legal and commercial training (HEC Paris) have enabled her to develop a large network of entrepreneurs in a wide variety of sectors (media, digital, foodtech, etc.), whom she supports in France and abroad.
She worked for the law firms Barnea & Co in Tel Aviv and L&P Avocats in Paris, then worked for five years at Tahar & Associés, where she developed her activity mainly in the startup and digital ecosystem.
She co-founded Circle Law in 2020.
She enjoys challenges and building strategies for her clients, with whom she knows how to build relationships of stability and trust.
