Edmond TAHAR is specialized in Intellectual Property/Information and Technology Law and heads the IT/IP Department at Circle Law.
He advises and assists a clientele of French and foreign entrepreneurs in the development of projects with high technological added value, to which he also brings his technical expertise, particularly in the protection and enhancement of intellectual property assets (creation, invention, know-how, brand and digital).
Edmond TAHAR also assists corporate managers and legal departments in all aspects of intellectual property and Information Technology Law, both in counseling and litigation.
Prior to taking his oath, Edmond TAHAR worked abroad in Montreal (JoliCoeur-Lacasse law firm), New York (Zeitgeist Films) and New Delhi (Arya & Arya law firm), which allowed him to develop a know-how in creation and innovation.
He set up the law firm Tahar & Associés in 2013, dedicating his activity to the support of creators and entrepreneurs both in France and abroad, with the value proposition of providing 360° services around creation and innovation. He co-founded Circle Law in 2020.
Edmond TAHAR regularly participates in conferences in the field of IT/IP (Medtech, foodtech, AI and blockchain) and has been a member of the PIE Innovation Committee since 2015.
He loves creativity and knows how to highlight his clients’ creativity to accelerate their development and growth.
