In partnership with the law firm Circle Law in Aix-en-Provence and Marseille, Anne-Laure ROUX acts in intellectual property law and new technologies.
She advises and assists a clientele of companies, creators and artists, in all areas of intellectual property and in particular in the digital, luxury and entertainment sectors, in France and abroad.
Anne-Laure ROUX acts as counsel as well as in litigation before civil and commercial courts, in particular in the context of infringement and unfair competition actions.
Anne-Laure ROUX joined the law firm Tahar & Associés in Paris in 2016, then the law firm Hofman Avocats in Aix-en-Provence in 2018.
Passionate about copyright and new technologies, she assists artists and companies in the 2.0 shift.
